Terms and Conditions for BKB 2025 Dealer's Den
***Those who would like to register for Beast's den, and the shop assistants, must have a BangkokBeast 2025 entry ticket.***
1. Product Selling Space Details:
1.1 Space Dimensions:
- 1 SP : Half Table 75 cm x 60 cm
- 2 SP : Full Table 150 cm x 60 cm
1.2 Eligibility:
- 1 SP and 2 SP : Registered attendee of any tier and an additional fee of THB 500. (PER 1 SP)
2. Merchants are prohibited from writing, drawing, using tape, nailing, or engaging in any actions that may cause damage or potential harm to the tables, chairs, equipment, and event premises. If any damage occurs as a result of the aforementioned actions, the merchant will be held responsible.
3. Merchants are prohibited from placing their merchandise or excessive loads in the neighboring shop areas, walkways, and other common areas.
4. Merchants are advised to have clear signage displaying their shop name, menu, and product prices.
5. Merchants will be allowed to access the event area prior to the official opening time (details will be provided later).
6. Products must not display logos, trademarks, or characters that the store does not have the rights to.
7. Merchants who are under 18 years old are prohibited from selling R-18 rated products.
8. Products rated R-18 MUST have clear signage or labeling that is visible to buyers. The provocation elements MUST be appropriately concealed. The products MUST be tightly sealed (such as, being enclosed in sealed opaque envelopes).
9. R-18 rated products are prohibited from being sold to attendees under 18 years old. Merchants MUST emphasize to customers not to open R-18 rated packages within the event area under any circumstances.
10. Merchants who fail to fulfill their responsibilities, such as not attending the event, not setting up their booths, or not being present at their booths, may be considered disqualifying applications for future events.
11. Merchants should provide a clear description of your store and may include accompanying pictures to facilitate the evaluation process. Requests for modifying such information can be submitted within 15 days.
12. Due to limited space, for selected stores, the event team will contact you via the email provided within 30 days after registration.
13. Selected stores are not eligible for refunds, resale, or transferring the rights to use the allocated selling space to others.
14. If a store is unable to participate in the event due to unforeseen circumstances, please inform the organizing team at least 15 days before the event.
15. The aforementioned rules are subject to change based on the situation and discretion of the event organizer. The organizer reserves the right to modify the rules without prior notification.
16. Beast's Den registration information can be edited until August 31, 2025 through the following channels:

16.2. Select "Applications"
16.3. Edit the required information
16.4. Confirm the edited information
17. The decisions made by the BangkokBeasts organizing team are final in all cases.
