          Do you have a character you’d like to proudly introduce to the world? If you have a fursuit that was created within the past year (from December 1, 2024 onwards) or one that has never been officially revealed or showcased on stage before, this is your chance to shine! Step into the spotlight and debut your brand new fursuit on stage for everyone to see. The suit can be presented by either the owner or the maker of the fursuit.

Terms and Conditions 

1. This form is for registering your interest in participating in the FurFreshie at BangkokBeasts event.

2. The personal information provided in this form will be used solely for the purposes of organizing BangkokBeasts and will not be used for any other purposes.

3. During the event, BangkokBeasts may capture photos and videos.

4. BangkokBeasts event does not have a policy of providing rehearsal time on the event day. Please prepare your act in advance of the event.

5. Everyone who registers must purchase tickets for the BangkokBeasts event before completing the registration. The first and last name used for registration must match the name on the ticket purchased. The BangkokBeasts team reserves the right to cancel performance requests if the name provided does not match the name on the purchased ticket.

6. Everyone can register for FurFreshie from today until 30th September 2025.

**After registration closes, we will select participants and notify the results. Those who are selected will be given up to 2 minutes each to showcase their fursuit on stage.**

Qualifications

– Applicants must register to attend BKB.

– The fursuit submitted must have been completed after November 2024 or not have debuted at any event since that time.

– Applicants must submit a reference image and an audio file or video clip (as a downloadable link). This media will be played during the stage performance. It must be submitted before the registration deadline. 

– Submitted fursuits can be partial or fullsuit.

– The fursuit must be fully completed before the event date. If the suit is not ready, the staff reserves the right to revoke the performance slot.

– The performer can be the applicant, the fursuit owner, or another person wearing the suit, but must be registered to attend BKB.

- The registration deadline is 30th September 2025.

FurFreshie Q&A

Q1: My suit is currently in progress and will not be completed within the submission deadline. Can I still register?

A: No, as we have limited time slots for performers, we wish to reserve them for suiters that are ready to perform only.

Q2: What kind of pictures or video must be submitted?

A: There is no restriction on the format. Participants may use video files, slideshow images, photos of the production process, completed suit photos, or a reference sheet to be displayed during the performance.

Q3: What kind of performance do you expect?

A: The purpose of the stage performance is to showcase the new fursuit. Participants may do a catwalk while showing the submitted slides, perform an introductory act with their prepared video clip, or simply stand and display the suit.

Q4: If I already have a partial suit but recently added a fullsuit or new parts, can I apply?

A: If the suit has never been revealed anywhere before and is less than one year old, you can register. However, if it is older than one year or the character has already appeared at any event or convention either in Thailand or abroad, it cannot be submitted.

Q5: If the suit is of a copyright or trademark protected character, can I apply?

A: No, to avoid potential legal actions, we cannot exhibit such suit, with the exception of the rights owner permission.

Q6: If the suit is completed after the submission deadline, can I apply next year instead?

A: Yes! Any suit that is completed after the submission deadline will be considered for next year's FurFreshie.

Q7: If the suit is an adopt or premade, can I apply?

A: Yes, if the suit has not been used or has not been shown at any events prior either in Thailand or abroad.
