Terms and Conditions for BKB 2025 Panel 

-Panel organizer must not write, scratch, use tape, nails, or do any actions that may damage tables, chairs, any equipment, or the venue. The organizer will be responsible for any damages that occurs.

-Setup time and and schedule will be announced at a later date.

-If the panel organizer does not fulfill their obligations when accepted, such as not attending or organizing the panel, they may be banned from applying in the future.

-Panel organizer should give the description of the panel in detail to assist with their application.

-As there is limited space, the approved applicants will be contact within 15 days after the application is closed.

-All decisions by the BangkokBeasts team are final.

-The application deadline is 30th September 2025.
