Rights and Fees for Consignment Sales

1.) For Tier The Star ticket holders: You are entitled to consign products with only a revenue share (GP) of 10% of the total sales value.

2.) For non-BangkokBeasts 2025 ticket holders: A consignment fee of 500 THB (five hundred baht) will be charged, plus a revenue share (GP) of 10% of the total sales value.

Terms and Conditions

1.) Consignment categories 

- Accepted product categories: clothing, books, keychains, and standees. Minimum stock requirements: Either a total of 30 items, or at least 15 pieces sold or 5 SKUs.

2.) Consignment period 

- Only during the BangkokBeasts 2025 event.

3.) Product return 

- If products remain unsold during the event, the consignor must collect them within the agreed period. After this period, the organizer reserves the right to take action on the uncollected products.

4.) Sales price and revenue share           

- Revenue split: Consignor receives 90%, Organizer receives 10% of the selling price.

5.) Product care and responsibility 

- The organizer will store products in suitable conditions and take the best possible care of them. In the event of damage or loss caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, fire, theft), the organizer will promptly inform the consignor.

6.) Consignment requirements 

- Consignors must provide accurate and complete product information. 

- Consignors must submit product photos clearly showing product type and quantity. 

- The organizer will record video evidence of received products​ and reserves the right to change consignment conditions with at least 30 days’ notice.

7.) For consigned products that remain unsold during BangkokBeasts 2025, the organizer will return them to the consignor within 2 weeks after the conclusion of the event. The consignor may either collect the products in person or request delivery via postal service (all related shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the consignor).
